Each session is fully customizable based upon the needs of your body and mind at that particular moment. We'll work together during the intake to determine exactly what those needs are but, for now please see the service descriptions for a general sense of what I am able to offer. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the cost of the service.
